Hey I am gr 8 and I want to try out for the thunder youth 14 team. If you have any info about the try out please e-mail me. by the way I will be away for a week during december, what if the try out is on while I am away? can I make up for it?

Hi Rachel, Thunder is glad to hear you want to try-out, the dates will be two of the following Monday Dec.7, Wednesday Dec. 9, Monday Dec. 14, and Wednesday Dec. 16. Stay tuned for age group times and exact dates.
i am in grade 7, and I want to try out for u-13. I was wondering how many people get on the team and what skill range is there? I’ve never done thunder volley ball before so I don’t know what to expect.

I’m just wrapping up with the high school volleyball, is there going to be any clinics offered before the u14 try-outs. Or is there anything being offered right now.
how much does it cost to try out for U15?
@Nora – Oh, VBC age restrictions are simply U13, U14, etc. Basically, you can’t be 16 years old and play on a U14 team because you are too old by 2 years (though the other way is acceptable).
@Meg and Taeya – We are still finalizing details about U13. We are aiming to have at least one, if not two teams. Please give us a couple more days to work through some stuff.
@Alexia – We typically put on some clinics right before tryouts. I am forwarding your question to Gord Tait, who is in charge of our Thunder Volleyball Academy… the part of Thunder that organizes clinics such as this.
@ Sarah – The tryout cost is still being determined. Once we have our online registration shorly, it will list the price.
Hey Roy it’s Rachel again! I replied on facebook already but no one replied for about a week already. I am off to Cuba for 3 of the try-out days, does that mean I can’t get on the team? Is there any way I can make up for it? I really want to get on the thunder team please rely asap, I appreciate ur help. thanks
