For Athletes this has become a very popular program for highly motivated athletes looking to expand their skill set to a higher level. With the use of the Solospike machine and the Dartfish Video System the athlete’s skills are analyzed and corrected where needed
After each session the athlete receives pictures and notes specifically identifying both the positive aspects of their skills as well the things that need to be improved or changed. It is recommended that all athletes that participate in this program have a personal Athletic Journal. If they don’t, we will help them set one up or give them a template to work from to develop their own.
Cost: The cost for all athletes is $100.00 hour and a two hour session is recommended. This includes the cost of gym rental and the use of the Solo Spike machine and Dartfish video system. It is recommended that you do the program with a partner to split the cost. The person you choose should be of similar skill and stature for maximum benefit.
Testimony:
“I just want to let you know how much Molly enjoyed the session with you. As a coach and educator for thirty years, I recognize and commend you on your coaching techniques and your understanding of how to get the most out of your athletes. You are a gifted and obviously very dedicated coach. Thank you. It was a very positive and worthwhile session. Molly learned more than she has ever learned in all the 3 years she has been playing rep v-ball. She has a few habits to correct, that’s for sure. She immediately got home and began writing in a journal, and looks forward to the possibility of working with you again. Thanks once again. We wish you a great long weekend.”
“Thank you so much for a wonderful session last night. Eli talked about it all the way home and really felt she learned so much in just one night. I definitely noticed an improvement in her jumping and hitting, what a difference having some one-on-one coaching – it just never happens in school or club!!!”
“Thank you for running a very valuable and effective training session last night for Anna and Laurie. Watching practice today, I can see that she has improved her footwork and accuracy in setting. It is gratifying when a kid can get solid coaching and see it put into practice.”
