A big congratulations to Thunder 18U Coach Craig Moore (aka CMoore) for receiving the Volleyball BC Awards in Excellence “Male Club Coach of the Year Award”.

CMoore was recognized for the passion and energy he brings to coaching and the game – inspiring players and teams to achieve their best both on and off the court.

Upon giving the award to CMoore at the Volleyball BC Hall of Fame Awards Night on Saturday, February 4th, the following comments were shared:

“The Volleyball Canada U18 National Championship combined with Volleyball BC provincial title was Thunder Club’s most successful season in history and the culmination of three years of effort for ‘CMoore’.  He was instrumental not only in the success of the 18 team but also for working collaboratively  with the two other Thunder 17/18 teams to ensure their development. Craig consistently brings tremendous energy,  passion and optimism to the gym and all his interactions with the athletes on the beach and indoor courts.   He models a deep love of the game, helping young people grow on and off the court.”

WAY TO GO CMOORE! With much appreciation from all of us at Thunder!
