15U Indoor Position-specific Training

General Info

  • Sessions are designed for individualized skill development with a focus on position-specific training to work on the key skill areas of your game.
  • Players will receive a goal sheet and feedback with ways to continue to progress in the summer and fall.   
  • There will be a maximum 1:6 coach-to-athlete ratio.
  • We will look at offering additional sessions in July – August based on interest/availability.

Session Info

  • Sessions are 80 minutes each and will take place at UBC War Memorial Gym.
  • Cost: $210 for 5 sessions
  • Register HERE (registration ends on Tuesday, June 28th)

Available sessions:   

  • To allow for players and families to schedule around other activities and holidays, we offer more than five dates and sessions, but players will choose up to 5 via a doodle poll.
  • Wednesday – June 22nd at 7:30 pm.  
  • Thursday – June 30th an afternoon time TBA.
  • Sundays –  July 3rd, 10th, and 24th between 3:00 – 5:30 pm ( scheduled by position).
  • Fridays – July 8th and July 22nd at 4:30 pm (TBC).
  • If needed there will be additional sessions offered Fridays late afternoon or early evenings.

Group formation

  • Groups and position training times will be formed at the discretion of the club and coaches. Please note this may affect the exact timing of sessions.
  • We plan to send out a doodle poll to help ensure matching coaching with athlete attendance for each session.
